In January, I wrote a short thought piece on ChatGPT. It has already been cited 46 times and downloaded by 5500+ readers.

A law-specific companion piece is shortlisted by legal scholars at UC BerkeleyPepperdineSuffolkLoyola, and American Association of Law Librarians.

Related presentations here and here.

Both essays are available for publication.

Free to a good home...

Given the time-sensitive nature of technology scholarship, my priority is speedy publication and indexing in Google Scholar, Lexis, Westlaw, etc.

I would submit the final draft(s) within weeks.

Comments and suggestions from all law students are very much appreciated -- I continue to build upon these ideas in new scholarship related to Claude.ai.
