The W&L Law Review is now accepting submissions for its fifth annual Black Scholars Book (Vol. 82, No. 5), to be published in early 2026. As stated in the foreword to the inaugural book, "[t]he goal of the W&L Law Review is to hold space for scholarship of historically marginalized and silenced voices." We are excited to continue this important initiative this year.
