The Journal of Intellectual Property Law is currently accepting article submissions for the upcoming Spring issue.
The Journal of Intellectual Property Law has been committed to publishing high quality works within the IP realm since 1993. We strive to host forward thinking articles that predict trends and provide thoughtful analysis in all areas of IP.
We are currently looking for articles of any length. While we normally publish work produced by legal academics, we have also published some great works put out by practicing attorneys and students. We welcome any and all applications that touch on one of our covered topics.
While we primarily focus on issues of patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, we also consider works in the realms of entertainment law, internet law, and data privacy.
